Site Survey
This service provides a site survey to examine and determine the necessary infrastructure to support the installation of the BATS networks products identified in the Task Order referenced in Customer’s purchase order for the service or identified in Customer’s detailed written implementation plan furnished to and reviewed by BATS prior to generating such Task Order.
System Installation
You can count on your professional BATS engineer to set up your system correctly while keeping you informed about your new equipment. You’ll be able to use your state-of-the-art BATS equipment with confidence thanks to the engineer’s quick tutorial.
Network Management & Planning
Network planning involves assisting customers to develop architectural network solutions prior to any network deployment. This may include decisions based on service type, current versus future upgrade potential, and many other performance parameters that require optimization. It also includes Broadband Ethernet Radio (BER) and Antenna selections based on distances requirements, and assisting customers with the architectural development of their network before it is deployed. Network Planning services are also available for customers who already have a network deployed, but are looking to add new nodes and services. Customers who are unfamiliar with mobile networks can have total confidence that BATS will provide the optimum solution for their network requirements.
